How long will it take to receive my product?
The maximum turnaround will alter depending on my full time job schedule (Teacher!) however the maximum time it will ever take to dispatch an order is 21 days; the majority of orders are fulfilled well within this timeframe. Keep an eye on announcements for the current turnaround time.
Which postal service is used?
All post is sent via second or first class Royal Mail- for first class they suggest a 1-3 day delivery time. Should you need the item more quickly then feel free to contact regarding 24hour tracked parcels.
How do I apply my labels?
Each set of labels will come with instructions; but just incase you lose them:
1. Clean the area with water to ensure it is clean. Even better if you have alcohol rub or a glasses cleaning wipe.
2. Remove the transfer backing paper (it will be attached to the label)
3. Attach the label to the surface, smoothing down with a credit card or finger.
4. Remove the clear transfer sticker from the front of the label.
